Known issues

The conversion process is not guaranteed to complete with 100% success. Potential issues that can affect the satisfaction with the output result are listed below.

It is recommended to keep the conversion report file generated by the conversion tool which helps the support team fix potential conversion issues.

Permissions issues

The converter needs proper access rights to write the converted macro to a page storage and to create SVG exports of the diagram in the form of page attachments.

Please assign Page Add and Attachment Add permission to the user running the conversion.

Missing diagrams

During data migration to cloud, the body of the plantuml macro is sometimes removed by Confluence Migration Assistant.

Such macro cannot be converted on the cloud as there is no data to convert. The only solution in this case is to manually copy the diagram markup from the original page.
