Add-on configuration space

PlantUML diagrams for Confluence creates Confluence space where it stores the configuration.

The add-on will create “PlantUML Configuration Space“ with a single page - “PlantUML Settings page”. That page has one attachment containing relevant settings in JSON format. Please do not delete this file.

Proper access rights are set during space creation.
