Sub-Processor Change Communication Plan

Overview:

Stratus Add-ons Ltd maintains a list of all authorized sub-processors under Section 7 of our DPA and in our Privacy Policy: Privacy Policy (Section 6)

Notification Procedure:

Whenever we intend to add or replace a sub-processor, we notify our customers at least 30 days in advance via email. The notification includes:

  • The name of the new sub-processor.

  • The location where data will be processed.

  • The purpose of the engagement.

  • A way to object within 5 business days (as per Section 7(b) of our DPA).
