Scope

The purpose of the document is to describes steps to be taken in case of a major malfunction of product(s) offered by Stratus Add-ons.

Recovery steps

Steps to determine the severity of disaster and affected products are defined as:

  • Assemble a disaster recovery team

  • Identify which part(s) of which product(s) are affected

  • Identify the severity of the outage

  • Define a recovery time

  • Communicate the plan to customers

Data recovery

Products(s) offered by Stratus Add-ons are not collecting nor storing any data as stated in the privacy policy.

Therefore, no data recovery is applicable.

Review

Disaster recovery plan is reviewed annually.
